Soham Community Group
On the morning of Monday, October 28, members of the Monday Club met at The Causeway Centre. On arrival, the volunteers served the refreshments. The entertainment was Bondy, a singer and guitarist who sang songs from many eras. Some of the volunteers and members enjoyed a dance.
Lunch was served and birthday greetings were sung to Carole Maxwell. Carol Sennett thanked everyone for donating prizes for the raffle each week. Claire White organised the raffle, assisted by Jean Gammon giving out the prizes. Refreshments were served once again before five games of bingo were played.
Community Care Coffee Morning
David Jaye welcomed members to the coffee morning in The Pavilion on the morning of Tuesday, October 29. During the morning, the raffle of prizes donated by the members took place.
Comrades Club Bingo
It was eyes-down once again on the evening of Tuesday, October 29, for the bingo enthusiasts who meet in the club each week. During the break for refreshments, the raffle was organised.
Over 60s club
On the afternoon of Friday, November 1, Richard Badcock welcomed 24 members to the meeting in The Pavilion. Richard introduced singer and guitarist Calamity Kate who played guitar and sang a medley of country songs.
Richard gave the vote-of-thanks and Jenny Killick and Pam Hall served refreshments. The raffle came next bringing this musical afternoon to a close.

Big Breakfast
On the morning of Saturday, November 2, the first big breakfast took place in the church hall. There were two sittings of 12 people. Sincere thanks are conveyed to Lesley Watchorn and her team of helpers.
Coffee Morning
The next coffee morning is on Friday, November 8, from 10am to midday. An ideal time to meet up with friends, browse the stalls and enjoy home made refreshments with coffee or tea.
Phoenix Club.
The meeting of the Phoenix Club at The Causeway Centre is on Wednesday, November 13, from 9.30am. The speaker Harry Palmer.
