The MP for Ely and East Cambridgeshire has pledged to "keep pushing" the government on increases in NHS funding.
It comes after Rachel Reeves delivered Labour's first Budget since 2010 on Wednesday, October 30, after the party's return to power in July's general election.
She announced tax rises worth an estimated £40billion to fund the NHS, education and other public services.
Charlotte Cane said the promised increase in NHS funding must lead to improvements in services for residents of Ely and East Cambridgeshire.
Ms Cane promised to "hold the government to account" on its pledges, calling for meaningful reform to social care to relieve pressure on the NHS.

She said: "I am glad the government has responded to the Liberal Democrats' call for more funding for the NHS, but they need to reform social care if they are really going to fix our NHS.
"I will do everything in my power to hold the government to account for the people of Ely and East Cambridgeshire following today’s Budget announcements on NHS funding.
"My constituency has been a ‘Dental Desert’ for far too long - people should be able to see an NHS dentist or their GP when they need to.
“I am alarmed by the implications of the Budget changes for rural areas like ours, especially concerning the family farm tax, which poses a serious threat to local farmers.
Ms Cane added: "At the last election, the Liberal Democrats advocated for an additional £1 billion to support British farmers, and I will remain a strong voice for our rural community."
