The community of Prickwillow joined together to enjoy an evening of harvest supper, history and celebration.
More than 40 parishioners from Prickwillow visited the village hall for a a harvest supper of baked potatoes, curried vegetables and beans and apple crumble and cream.
Chris Jakes gave a "fascinating" talk about the village of Prickwillow, with historical facts and details from the early 1700s up to the 1960s.
A new plaque was unveiled at the harvest supper, dedicated to those killed in a plane crash in 1945.
On February 6, 1945, two planes collided in the air over Cambridgeshire. One of aircrafts fell near Prickwillow, and two children were killed.
Josephine Legge, who was 19-months-old, and Pamela Turner, who was 10, were both killed when the plane crashed into their home.
19-year-old Sgt. Edward T. Tijan, a member of the United States Army Air Forces, was a member of the aircrew involved in the fatal air crash. He also died.
Pat Del Grazia welcomed everyone and thanked Cllr Richard Morgan for the many "wonderful" things he has done for the village.
Cllr Morgan drew the raffle which raised £285.00.
