A group of 75 girls who took part in the Inter Primary School Years 5 and 6 girls' football tournament.
The event, hosted by ActivePlay Education, took place at Ely Outdoor Sports Association on October 24.
Eight teams from Fordham, Isle of Ely, Mepal and Witcham, The Lantern, Rackham, and Robert Arkenstall primary schools played against each other.
Eight young leaders from Ely College helped with refereeing, time, and scorekeeping.
Caroline Morton from ActivePlay Education said: "It was very special to see so many girls out on the pitch, playing football together and obviously really enjoying themselves.
"They all played so well. A big 'thank you' must also go to the young leaders - they were great role models."
Fordham Church of England Primary School 1s were the overall winners, with Rackham Church of England Primary School 1s as runners-up.
The winners received medals and a cup, and a player from each team was awarded a medal for the best sportsmanship and team play.
The Lantern Community Primary School was nominated by the young leaders for the Best Team Spirit cup.
