A popular annual firework display has announced its return for 2024 with new attractions.

The event, organised by Soham Town Rangers Football and Social Club, will take place on Friday, November 1, at the club's grounds in Soham.

Gates will open at 5pm, with the fireworks display set to light up the sky at 7.45pm.

In addition to the fireworks, visitors can look forward to fairground rides and a variety of food options, including offerings from Duxford Hog Roast Company, a barbecue, and other food vendors.

A fully licensed bar will also be available, operating under a Challenge 25 policy.

Tickets for the event are priced at £5 per person, with free entry for children under three.

However, it is important to note that only children aged 14 and above will not be admitted without an adult.

Proof of age may be requested at the entrance.

Soham Town Rangers Football and Social Club has outlined several terms and conditions for the event.

Attendees are reminded to take care of their own safety and the safety of others, as the club will not be responsible for any loss or damage, except in cases of personal injury or death due to negligence.

The club also reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone appearing to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, as well as those behaving in a threatening manner.

Such individuals will not be entitled to a refund.

Dogs will not be permitted, with the exception of assistance dogs.

Personal fireworks and sparklers are also banned.

In the event of cancellation due to factors beyond the club's control, such as bad weather or security threats, no refunds will be issued.

The return of the firework display promises to be an exciting evening for all attendees.
