A charity concert at Ely Cathedral is going to be fully signed by a British Sign Language interpreter.
Sing! Choirs is bringing together five choirs to perform pop, rock and show songs under the Octagon Tower from 7:30pm.
The concert, on October 19, will be raising money for All In Sound, a charity that organises music-making workshops for people living with dementia, and their carers.
Kathryn Hayes, founder of Sing! Choirs, explains her ethos is very much about being as inclusive and as accessible as possible.
This is what led to the idea of using a British Sign Language interpreter for the concert.

Kathryn said: “Not only will all the singers have an amazing experience, but we can support and include a local charity, as well as raise awareness further through including a British Sign Language interpreter.
“It’s an evening not to be missed! We hope to see you there!"
Tickets are available via the Ely Cathedral Box Office, in person, online or via the Sing! Choirs website. They are priced between £7-£20.
