Two men from East Cambridgeshire are among 20 people charged with various offences following a violent disorder before a football match in Norwich.
The incident happened before the East Anglian Derby between Norwich City and Ipswich Town on April 6.
Norfolk Police have confirmed 16 men and four teenage boys have now been charged and will appear at Norwich Magistrates Court on December 6 or 10.
Among them is Samuel Williams, 35, of Pennywort, Ely who has been charged with causing fear or provocation of violence.
Also Kieran King, 25, of St Peters Place, Fordham, has been charged with affray.
The other defendants - who are aged between 18 and 62 – are mostly from across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex.
Police say a teenage boy aged in his late teens was also charged with affray.
Two other teenage boys were charged with causing fear or provocation of violence.
A fourth teenage boy has been summoned to court on suspicion of use of threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
