Free yoga classes for NHS patients are now available in Ely.
The city council is funding the NHS-accredited Yoga4Health social prescribing programme.
The classes will be held at Chapel Street Methodist Church Hall from 10.30am to 12 noon.
Paul Fox, chief executive of the Yoga In Healthcare Alliance charity, said: “Yoga4Health is an evidence-based lifestyle medicine programme that has proven its effectiveness at helping people to improve their health and wellbeing.”
