A West End star is coming to East Cambridgeshire next month.
Rosemary Ashe will lead a Witches of Eastwick themed vocal workshop with songs from the show at Viva Theatre in Soham on Saturday October 5.
The musical theatre legend and actor was nominated for Best Supporting Performance in a Musical at the Olivier Awards in 2001 for her role as Felicia in the original production of The Witches of Eastwick.
Rosie trained at the Royal Academy of Music and the London Opera Centre and has appeared in some of the biggest West End and Broadway musicals, including Les Misérables, The Boy Friend, Candide, Oliver and Mary Poppins.
She also created the role of Carlotta, The Prima Donna, in the original cast of The Phantom of The Opera.
Rosie has recently returned from her self-penned one-woman show, Adorable Dora, a tribute to national treasure Dora Bryan.
The Witches of Eastwick workshop will take place at Viva Theatre’s Spencer Mill from 1.30-4pm and is open to both beginners and experienced singers.
The cost is £15 for Viva members and £25 for non-members.
