An elderly couple from Bottisham have reminisced about old times during a sunlit stroll at a farm.
Keith and Joy Gipp from Hilton Park Care Home, in Bottisham, spent a memorable day at Rougham Sunflower and Pumpkin Farm in Bury St Edmunds.
They enjoyed sharing stories about their past, including how they met.
Given their respective connections to farming and floristry, the ramble through the sunlit fields held special significance.
Joy, a former florist, and Keith, a lifelong farmer, revelled in the natural surroundings.
Geanina Tinca, general manager of Hilton Park Care Home, said: “It was so heart-warming to see our lovely couple truly enjoy their day out at the sunflower farm.
"The day was truly memorable, reminiscing about how their love story began, and we were fortunate to have great weather for the outing."
Barchester Healthcare, in charge of the Hilton Park, ensures such visits are a regular part of the residents' schedule, focusing on delivering personalised care to all its residents.
