On Thursday August 15, The Rotary Club of Ely spent a relaxing evening dining at Piccolo before another month of charitable activity.
One notable event to watch out for in the future will be when the club will be offering free purple crocus corms hoping people will plant them to remember Rotary and all that it is doing to help to eradicate polio worldwide.
The club is also starting the planning for next year's Aquafest and continuing the planning for Ely fireworks.
It will be having speakers from the Food Bank, Ely Baby Bank and more. Ely Baby Bank is the president's charity for this year.
Come and join us - we have interesting speakers, we're a lovely group of people and you could make a difference to our community.
