Two people were arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and driving while under the influence of drugs and alcohol after a late night crash in Soham.
A red Ford Focus Zetec crashed into three parked cars at about 1.30am on Sunday (July 14) in Sand Street.
Two rear seat passengers, both men in their 20s, suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to hospital where they remain.
A 24-year old man from Ely and a 24-year-old man from Dungannon, Northern Ireland, were arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and driving while under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
They have both been released on bail while investigations continue.
Anyone who witnessed the collision, or has dashcam footage, is urged to contact police via Cambridgeshire Constabulary's website quoting incident 37 of July 14.
Anyone without internet access should call 101 and ask to speak to a member of the Road Policing Unit.
