A car was seized following multiple reports of anti-social driving in Isleham and Soham.
The driver was given an official warning on June 24 but failed to comply.
He will now have to pay to get it back and the initial section 59 warning he was given will remain in place for 12 months.
This means that any other vehicles he uses could also be seized.
"We’re aware of other vehicles in the area causing similar concern and we’re working to resolve this too," said police.
