There's now long left to nominate your hero for the Ely Hero Awards 2024.
Entries close at midnight on Friday June 7 for your hero to be considered for an award.
In order for your hero to scoop a much-coveted Ely Hero Award, you will need to head on over to www.elyheroawards.org.uk to place your nomination in one of the 11 categories.
Naomi Sherwood, organiser, said: "Do you know a person who is worthy of recognition, a bit of thanks, or a pat on the back for the amazing things they do? This can be an individual or a group.
"Please remember to get your nominee's permission to enter.
"Ely Hero Awards has become a much loved part of the community scene since 2017, recognising all that is good within the city and surrounding villages, up to a 10-mile radius.
"Individuals are invited to nominate a worthy person in one of the 11 categories.
A judging panel will whittle entries down to a shortlist and finalise local heroes.
"Finalists will be invited to a glitzy award ceremony in September where the winners of each category will be announced."
