Arsonists are believed to have set fire to a car on the A1101 near Littleport in the early hours of this morning.
One crew from Ely was called to the blaze at 1.41am on Thursday May 30.
They arrived to find a car well alight.
Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the fire.
They returned to their station by 2.50am.
The cause of the fire is believed to be deliberate.
