Soham Carnival and Heavy Horse Show returns for its 71st year on Sunday May 5.
Organised by The Soham Benevolent Association, guests can expect a great family fun day at the recreation ground in Soham.
Here is a run down of the activities that will happen on the day:
Main arena: From 9am until 1pm is the renowned heavy horse show. From 2.45pm, Jez Avery stunt show, two performances from the ACF Drum Corps and Synergy Majorettes
The parade of floats starts at 1pm from Holmes lane in Soham, travelling through the town then onto the recreation ground for Judging by our Townsperson of the year- Jackie Hibbert.
On the skate park: Skate board workshops and demonstrations from 12.30-4.30pm. Bring your skateboard along if you want to have a go, you must get a consent form signed by a parent if you are under 16 which will be available on the day.
Near the skate park: Graffiti with Kilo - workshops and artwork piece.
On the music stage: Akimbo, Tia & Kev, The Anecdotes, KD Theatre, Soham Village College performs, Tzarina and DJ Greedy G.
On the small arena: Kuk Sool Won will be demonstrating their skills.
Near the pavilion: KD theatre school will be offering free workshops throughout the afternoon, teaching singing and performance skills. Soham Comrades band will be playing outside the Pavilion from 11am to 12.30pm.
Other attractions: townsperson of the year, king and queen consort and attendant winners, bar, stalls, funfair, raptor foundation, inflatables, mini golf course, food and trade stalls ,local organisations, BBQ, ACF Marching band plus much more.
All stalls and pitches are now sold out.
Cash-only admission prices: adults £3.50, concessions £2.50, children 50p.

No dogs are allowed on the recreation ground except assistance dogs and there is disabled parking only.
