Several business across East Cambridgeshire are holding charity bake sales today.
The fundraiser was the idea of Kayleigh Bysouth, owner of Busy Bee Recruitment agency, which is based in Soham.
Money raised will go towards the company's charity of the year, Just George, which was set up last September by George’s parents, as they entered his end of life care.
Four-year-old George Radcliffe, from Isleham, died in October.
Kayleigh Bysouth, of Busy Bee, said: “Thank you to all the other incredible businesses hosting bake sales at their premises to help raise funds.
"We are also planning a charity car wash and fun day, as we would like to raise £5,000 and present them with a cheque at the end of the year."
The businesses taking part in today's charity bake sale are:

- CG Swim School (where George went swimming)
- The Maltings Day Nursery (where George went to school)
- Almost Angels Tattoo Family
- The Beeches in Isleham
- St Andrews School
- Weatheralls School (where George's mum was the headteacher)
- Viva Arts and Community Group in Soham
- ASL Group
- Old Tiger Stables at North Angle Farm
- Toppers Hair Salon
- Radcliffe & Rust Estate & Letting Agents (George's dad's company)
- The Moore Hair Company
- Prestige Fire Safety Limited.
Just George, which has raised almost £70,000 since last October, is a special named fund at Children's Cancer and Leukaemia Group (CCLG) which raises funds for research into rhabdomyosarcoma.
"The aim is to find better ways to treat child cancer," Kayleigh added.
The bake sale has already raised more than £1,000, with £797 raised within the first hour.
