Cambridgeshire Police's neighbourhood officers spotted an illegally parked car near White Hart Lane and Paddock Street.
The car was parked on the junction of the two Ely streets.
As Cambridgeshire Police continue to crack down on illegal parking in the county, neighbourhood officers issued a ticket out to the driver.
In a post on Facebook, a spokesperson for Cambridgeshire Police said: "Let's collectively keep our streets clear and ensure everyone abides by the rules."
