An East Cambridgeshire pub that has remained empty since 2020 is up for sale for £359,995.
The Kings Head, in Wilburton High Street, closed due to the impact of the pandemic.
It is described on a Right Move listing as a “detached pub in an affluent village location”.
As well as having a bar and restaurant, there is a two-bedroom owner's accommodation, trade garden and a car park to the rear.
The RightMove listing states: “The current owner ceased trading shortly after COVID-19, with the re-opening costs too high to make it financially viable for them at that time.
“Previously, The Kings Head was famous for it's yearly beer festival and was the local hub for the community, with many private events held on-site for regular customers.
“The owner is now retired and looking to sell to an enthusiastic operator, who can bring the pub back to it's former self.”
