Ely’s much-loved Gary Barlow superfan has revealed how much she has raised from her Children In Need 2023 fundraising efforts.
Sue Smith, from Ely, organised 23 online raffles with Gary Barlow and Take That-themed prizes as well as a family event at Treetrops Soft Play.
She said: “The morning at Treetops raised over £500 and with my Gary Barlow/Take That-themed raffles, we have now raised an amazing £3,160!
“These are still ongoing until mid-December.
“The total reached to date has been helped by the generosity of Saturday Kitchen co-presenter Olly Smith who is a close friend of Gary’s.
“Olly has kindly donated his newest publication the World Cocktail Atlas as well as the Cocktail Bible, both of which he is to personalise and sign for the winners.”
