A new spa offering alternative medicine could open up in Cambridge if new plans are given the go ahead.
A planning application has been submitted to Cambridge City Council to convert the ground floor and basement of a shop in Mill Road into the new spa.
If approved, the spa offering alternative medicine will open at 112 Mill Road, which sits on the corner of Devonshire Road.
The shop was previously used as a printing and photocopying business.
Planning documents submitted to the city council show that minimal changes are proposed to the outside of the building under the plans.
Some of the exterior is proposed to be repainted to be mustard yellow and the door leading onto Devonshire Road is proposed to be replaced with a full height window.
The application is currently being considered by the city council, which will make the decision as to whether the conversion can go ahead.
