Two people had to be rescued from their vehicles and taken to hospital after the cars they were travelling in were involved in a crash on the A10 last night (Monday, October 30).
Cambridgeshire Police were called at 8:31pm to Ely Road in Stretham with reports of a collision between two vehicles.
A spokesperson from Cambridgeshire Constabulary said: “Officers attended together with firefighters and paramedics, and two people were rescued from their vehicles and taken to hospital.
“As a result of the collision the A10 was closed southbound at the junction with Cambridge Road.”
