A crash involving three lorries yesterday afternoon (Monday, October 23) left one casualty in the care of ambulance crews.
Crews from Cambridge, Cottenham and Newmarket (Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service) were called at 4:19pm to a road traffic collision on the A14 Eastbound near Stow-Cum-Quy.
A spokesperson for Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “Firefighters arrived to find a collision involving three HGVs.
“Using specialist equipment firefighters released a casualty who was left in the care of ambulance crews.
“Crews returned to their stations by 6.10pm.”
