A very special concert will take place at St Peter's Church, in Fordham, next month.
The event, called Stage & Screen will feature the return of Fordham born-and-bred professional bass-baritone, Darren Jeffery, and will take place on June 10am at 7pm.
Since graduating from the Royal Northern College of Music, Darren has performed all over the world and includes numerous recordings in his credits, as well as performances on Radio 3 and at the BBC Proms.
The concert will also featured another well travelled musician, church music director and organist, David Poulter, who has played with many top orchestras.
The line-up will be completed by the church choir, local singer, Janet Scott and a high class brass quintet called Iceni Brass.
The concert will feature music from such films.
Admission is by ticket for a minimum donation of £5. Additional donations may be made and will be donated to Macmillan Cancer Support and the East Anglian Air Ambulance.
