A man found with what police said was "a large quantity of cannabis" was arrested.
Cambridgeshire Police stop-searched the man in Ely on April 4 after they found him smoking cannabis, as well as a burner phone plus cannabis resin and cash at his home.
A police spokesperson said: “The male admitted there were messages relating to drug deals on the phone and was arrested.”
Police said the man has been released on bail amid an ongoing investigation.
