A woman was rescued after a crash on the A10 in East Cambridgeshire.
Police, fire and ambulance crews were called to the road near Stretham on Monday, November 14 involving at least two vehicles.
A Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Just before 6.30pm, two crews from Cottenham and Ely were called to a road traffic collision involving a car and a camper van on the A10 in Stretham.
“Crews used cutting equipment to release one female casualty and she was left in the care of the ambulance crew.”
Firefighters left the area at around 7pm.
A Cambridgeshire Police spokesperson said officers were called at 6.23pm to the A10, which had been closed.
“Officers attended and partially closed the road for a short time while the vehicles were recovered,” said the spokesperson.
“No injuries were sustained.”
The East of England Ambulance Service has been contacted for comment.
