GERALD ARTHUR LAWRENCE of Ely. It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Gerry on 20 August 2023, aged 78, after a valiant battle with cancer. He will be greatly missed by all. There will be a Service of Thanksgiving and a Celebration for the Life of Gerry at St Mary's Church in Ely at 3pm on 6 September. Colourful attire is encouraged. No flowers please. Donations, if desired, for Hearing Dogs for Deaf People should be sent to CE Fuller Funeral Directors (23 Hall Street, Soham, Cambs CB7 5BN) so that a donation can be made in Gerry's name.
