THOMAS On Monday March 5th 2012, aged 85 years, David, peacefully at home surrounded by his loved ones. He struggled with Alzheimers disease for many years which he bore with great patience, fortitude and laughter. Greatly missed by Brenda, Gina, Tim, Amy, David, Jon, Jac, Jess and Darren and his great grandchildren Tom, Alex, Jack and Florence. The family wish to thank all those who gave David such care and support - friends and neighbours, Haddenham Surgery, Crossroads Care (especially Lucy and Sue) and HEART. Funeral service at Holy Trinity Church, Haddenham on Monday March 12th at 2pm. No mourning. Family flowers only, donations if desired for Crossroads Care or HEART will be gratefully received at the service or c/o A.G. Carter Funeral Director, 6 Froize End, Haddenham, Cambs, CB6 3UQ.
