PARR Kathleen Ivy (nee Saberton) of Vera James House, Ely formerly of Little Downham passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday 28th February 2013, aged 93 years. Darling wife of the late Urban, much loved Mum of Janice, Barry and Julie, adored Nanna of Darren and Jacky, Alistair, Chris and Becky, special great-grandma of Sammy, Imogen and Fern, best friend to Elaine, Auntie Kath or Mrs P to many, retired verger of St Leonards, stalwart of Little Downham, she was known and loved by so many people far and wide. She will be much missed. Private cremation. A service to celebrate Kaths life will be held at 2pm on Thursday 14th March 2013 at St Leonards Church, Little Downham. Family flowers only, but donations in Kaths memory will be gratefully received to benefit Cambridge Housing Society (to benefit the residents of Vera James House) and St. Leonards Church, may be left at the Service or sent to Ely Funeral Service, 4 Tower Road, Ely, Cambs, CB7 4HW.
