BURGESS Daphne Gwendoline of Ely passed away peacefully in Addenbrookes Hospital on Tuesday 28th May 2013, aged 83 years. Much beloved wife of Cliff, loving mum to Wendy and Christine, devoted nan to Daniel, Neil, Rebecca and Craig and great grandson Jevun, dear sister to Roy and Glynis. Funeral service at St. Marys Church, Ely on Friday 14th June 2013 at 11.30am followed by committal at Cambridge City Crematorium (West Chapel). Family flowers only, but donations, if desired, for Cancer Research UK, may be left at the service or sent to Ely Funeral Service, 4 Tower Road, Ely, Cambs, CB7 4HW.
