AGNES ROSE (nee Lawrance) of the Great Mill, Haddenham, Cambs, passed peacefully to rest in hospital near Chester on Monday 10th February 2014, aged 97 years. A loving wife of the late Douglas and a much loved mother of Carole and Susan. A very dear grandmother, great grandmother and aunt. Known as Lawrie to friends and colleagues, she was a long-time resident of Linton and previously a much respected health visitor for many years in the Bishop Stortford area in the 1960s. Funeral service at Upton, Chester at mid-day on Monday 24th February. A Service of Celebration for her life at Cambridge Crematorium, West Chapel on Friday 28th February at 1.30pm. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to the British Heart Foundation and sent c/o H.J. Paintin Ltd, 43 High Street, Linton, Cambridge, CB21 4HS.
