FAIRCHILD DAVID GEORGE of Haddenham, went to sleep and forgot to wake up, 30th April 2014. Partner to Jane, father to Brian and Stephen, grandfather to Amy and Abigail. "David will be sorely missed by the whole community" "...such a lovely man. I first met him when I moved down to Hillrow in 1992 - fantastic neighbours, always welcoming and allowing us to pet the cows and calves." "He was a wonderful man. So dedicated to his community and so kind and cheerful. Ive never known Haddenham without him. He will be so very missed." Family and friends funeral on Wednesday 14th May at 2.30pm in Chewells Lane Cemetery followed by a celebration afternoon tea and reflections in the Arkenstall Centre at 3pm. No flowers by request, donations for Cancer Research UK and The Arkenstall Centre will be gratefully received at the reception or c/o A.G.
