CULPIN Elsie, of Ely passed peacefully away on Friday 28 October 2016 aged 91 years. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. A short service will take place at Ely Cemetery chapel on Monday 14th November at 1:00 pm, followed by a celebration of her life at Ely Gospel Hall at 2:00 pm. All are welcome to attend either.
