Arsonists are believed to have started a fire in the roof space of a barn in East Cambridgeshire.

Crews from Cottenham, Chatteris and Cambridge were called to the building blaze in Aldreth High Street at 4.27pm on Sunday April 21.

Firefighters arrived to find a fire in the roof space of a barn.

The crews used hose reels to extinguish the fire and returned to their stations by 6.20pm.

The cause of the fire is believed to be deliberate.
